If you see your GP or Psychiatrist and obtain a Mental Health Care Plan & referral, you can then receive Medicare rebates of up to 10 sessions (per calendar year) of $89.65 per session.

If you’ve hit your Medicare safety net, then rebates will be significantly higher. You must see your GP and obtain a Mental Health Care Plan before your first session with us, to be eligible for Medicare rebates.

We will process your Medicare rebate and you will receive it back via bank transfer from Medicare within 48 hours of your appointment.

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates under Extras cover. As every fund is different and can change over time, it is best to check with your fund about your specific entitlements.

We are registered with TAC and Workcover providers. If you eligible for counselling with either we will invoice your provider directly and there will be no out of pocket expenses for you. We require details of your case-manager and your claim number prior to your first appointment so we can confirm your eligibility and invoicing.

We complete Victims of Crime (VOCAT) assessments and offer on-going counselling at no cost to you once funding is approved. Please speak with our reception regarding the next steps.

If you are time poor, live interstate or in a regional area, we are very experienced in conducting telehealth consultations of people of all ages, from all across the country.

Some of our clients prefer to have face to face for initial appointments, and then change to on-line video sessions.

Many clients quickly realise that video sessions don’t feel that different from being in the room and having a face-to-face session.
